Valentine’s Day Madness: Combine all of Black Friday to Christmas insanity into about a week and a half and you have Valentine's Day in floral. Customers are clueless, everywhere, and yes we do in fact jack up the price for the week. 

Accidentally cut themselves on a tool: Some florist use knives when making an arrangement. The knife is held in the pinky and ring finger, and not put down till the arrangement is done. It’s easy enough to drop the knife and cut yourself(ask me how I know, lol).  Which could make for some fun fluffy hurt/comfort with the florist cutting themself and the customer they’re supposed to fall in love with helping them find a bandage. 

No one buys Florists flowers:  Seriously it’s a thing. So as a prompt, Customer buys a floral arrangement florist assumes is for someone else. Customer writes on the enclosure card, and then leaves it there. Florist is confused until they see that the customer addressed the card to them. 

General shitty customers (more of a gen prompt than a shippy prompt): Customers always try to weasel their way into free products/discounts. Things like: “They just look so sad!” “Do you have anything fresher in the back?” “They’re just going to die in a week.” “Can you add some pizzazz?(For free?)” (Pizzazz being baby’s breath, greenery, or a ribbon generally) “What’s the real price? (Because obviously I’m making a killing on the price and the flowers really can’t cost this much.)” I have to be cheerful and nice, but like... this is fiction, the florist doesn’t have to be.
